Raising the Standard for ESA Training

There are currently no training requirements for an ESA to board a flight, but we are setting a higher standard. We recommend conditioning the dog to happily wear a basket muzzle, obtaining a CGC, and preparing the dog for the flight. In addition to training at Tampa International Airport, we converted our dog van into a mock airplane so Luca could get used to the sights and sounds while working on mutual relaxation techniques. All of our hard work paid off and Luca was a calm, confident, well mannered dog on his first flight! So proud of this team and their dedication to doing things right! ❤️
